After a poor GCSE English result we decided to seek extra tuition help for my son. We were fortunate to have the contact details of Mrs Vermeulen and reached out to her to see if she could assist. She has been able to fit my son into her busy schedule and has provided excellent help reinforcing and enhancing the lessons my son receives at school. Mrs Vermeulen has worked in collaboration with my sons school teacher, resulting in a much improved performance, to a point where his GCSE resit has been taken with confidence rather than dread. We shall continue using the services of Mrs Vermeulen until my son has completed his secondary education and can unequivocally recommend her to anyone seeking improved learning, preparedness and exam readiness in any of the subject matters Ms Vermeulen teaches.

Ian came to do a number of jobs around the house after we moved to our new home in Oxenholme. These ranged from putting up curtain rails and pictures to assembling a garden tool chest. He was prompt and efficient and his work was of high quality, all done in a friendly manner. We cannot rate Ian's work too highly.

Ian made some beautiful shelves for our living room, one set using some old skis of ours and the other was a bespoke set for our TV corner. They look fab and impress everyone who sees them! He is very skilled and a real perfectionist. Ian also restored our original kitchen larder cupboard for us which looks amazing and works a treat with new added spice racks. So much nicer than a modern replacement. Ian also did some plastering for us in a tricky stairwell space which he did very expertly. I would highly recommend Ian for his skilled workmanship and his fab personality too😃

Ian came recommended by 2 separate people. He kept to agreed appointment times and was prompt with his timekeeping. He did lots of research for me to find the best solution for my attic door. He was efficient and very clean in the house. He kept me informed about how the work was progressing and how long it would take. I was delighted with the work that Ian did for me. All of the work was completed to the highest standard and in a very timely manner. Ian came up with suggestions and solutions that I had not even thought of. At each stage Ian communicated clearly so that I knew what to expect, how much it would cost, and when the work would be done. Ian also managed to repair work that a previous workman had not completed well! I was very pleased with everything that Ian did for me, and I will definitely call on his services again in the future.
